In case you were wondering whether our energetic Rafa survived his first year in a structured kindergarten class, he did! Rafe's two teachers are shown here -- Ms. Dykhuis and Mrs. Smith. They are wonderful teachers, and Rafe really thrived in their classroom. Just two days after kindergarten, Rafe was able to read the book Green Eggs and Ham. He had been recognizing words for a long time but just wasn't able to put things together to read a book until just after school was out. We are so proud of his hard work in school this year.
